We wrapped up our first week of camp with a very special visit with
Chef Buchanan of Le Ecole Culinaire.
We used our senses to see, taste, smell and feel star fruit, lychee, kiwi, asian pears, apple bananas and green mangoes!
Some of the fruits were crunchy, others mushy,
and even slimy (lychee).
A great big THANK YOU to chef Jordan Buchanan for taking time to visit us today!!
